MICRO LASER WELDER (ABOVE)

Weber recently purchased a Micro Laser Welder capable of making welds as small as 400 Microns. The welder is a 150 Watt Pulsed Yag Laser. These welds are used for texture repair, shear edge repair and the fabrication of small features prior to machining or hand-working directly onto the mold.
