Weber Manufacturing Technologies Inc. has a modern in-house mold tryout facility for compression molding of SMC and GMT (Azdel) materials. The two large presses, a 3250 ton - 3500 x 2500mm and a 650 ton - 2500 x 2000mm are available in a 6500 sq ft operating area. In addition, we have the latest design 75 ton spotting press, 1070x1830mm for smaller molds.

The two large presses are fully computer controlled, with platen parallelism systems for both mold spotting and automatic production simulation operation. Steam, hot water and oil heating capability, vacuum molding, auxiliary hydraulic controls and a thermoforming oven are all available for your special needs. On new projects, our tryout facility will allow the custom molder the opportunity to develop and optimize his mold and process without interrupting his production equipment
