Weber Manufacturing Technologies Inc. has recently added the capability of coating powders with pure nickel using our NVD process (Figure 1) . Building on over 15 years of NVD production / Research and Development, we have developed a proprietary system to coat powders by which an extremely uniform coating (Figure 2) at a variety of thicknesses can be achieved. This system allows us to achieve 100% coverage of all particles, independent of their size and shape distribution (Figure 3 , Detail A ). The end result is a coating free of any contaminates (Area A) .
